Our Responsible Serving of Alcohol e-learning course provides essential training for individuals working in roles where alcohol is sold or served.   3. Recognising Intoxication – Identifying the physical and behavioural signs of intoxication.
  4. Refusing Service – Techniques for refusing service safely, respectfully, and effectively.
  5. Dealing with Difficult Situations – Managing challenging scenarios, including handling aggressive or intoxicated customers.
  6. Promoting Responsible Drinking – Strategies for encouraging safe and responsible alcohol consumption.

The e-learning module is self-paced, allowing learners to complete it at their convenience. The course typically takes 1-2 hours to complete.

Participants are assessed through interactive quizzes and a final online test. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate of Completion, recognised as meeting basic training requirements for alcohol servers.
