The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the Workplace course is a practical, one-day programme designed to help organisations foster a culture of respect, fairness, and inclusion. This course equips participants with the knowledge and tools needed to recognise and address barriers to DEI, challenge unconscious bias, and promote positive, inclusive behaviours. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and group activities, learners will gain the skills to support a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.

The DEI in the Workplace course includes the following modules:

By the end of the course, participants will:

  • Understand the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and their impact on workplace culture.

  • Understand legal obligations and best practices related to DEI in the workplace.

This is a one-day course running from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, including interactive discussions, group activities, and breaks.

We offer this programme in two formats:

  • In-Person: Attend at our training facility for an immersive learning experience.
  • Live Virtual Classroom: Participate in real-time, instructor-led sessions from any location.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the course, demonstrating their knowledge of core leadership skills.
