TrainedIn is committed to ensuring fair access to learning and assessment for all learners. Where appropriate, reasonable accommodations may be provided to support learners whose personal circumstances or disabilities may otherwise impact their ability to participate in assessments or training activities.
Examples of accommodations may include additional time for assessments, alternative assessment formats, or support from a reader or scribe where appropriate.

All programmes delivered by TrainedIn are conducted in English. Learners must have a sufficient level of written and spoken English to fully participate in the course, engage in practical activities, and complete any required assessments.
For certain accredited programmes, learners may be required to demonstrate an appropriate level of English language proficiency to ensure they can meet the learning outcomes and safety requirements of the course.

TrainedIn operates a fair and transparent appeals process to ensure learners have the opportunity to request a review of an assessment result or assessment process if they believe they have been disadvantaged.
Learners are encouraged to first raise any concerns informally with their tutor or programme coordinator. If the matter cannot be resolved, a formal appeals process is available in accordance with our Quality Assurance procedures.

TrainedIn recognises that valuable learning can occur through formal, non-formal and informal experiences, including previous training, work experience, or professional development.
Through our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process, learners may apply to have relevant prior learning recognised for programme entry or exemption from specific elements of a course where appropriate.
All RPL applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with programme learning outcomes and awarding body requirements.
